PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inoculating spawn of mushroom in which hole boring work and driving work for a spawn block 8 are both performed without moving a bed log 9 to complete the work at a position, subsequently the bed log 9 is rotated, or the device itself is moved, and the work of driving number of spawn blocks 8 into the bed log 9 is carried out effectively and easily in a continuous manner, and wherein the device is less expensive and enables the weight reduction. SOLUTION: This device is constituted at least of an electric drill 4 and a spawn driving machine 6. The electric drill 4 is provided with the main shaft 1 having a bed log stiffening plate 2 fixed on the lower end of the shaft and a grip 3 attached on the upper end, and a drill support 5 vertically movable on the main shaft 1 and rotatable at a specific angle. The spawn driving machine 6 is placed at a certain angle to the electric drill 4 and interlocked with the drill support 5, and provided with a driving shaft 61 for driving a spawn block 8 into a hole 91 bored by the drill 41.
