PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a curtain box which enables mounting operation by work as simple as that in the past by sufficiently securing a clearance with a wall surface or the like. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, a spacer 2 is fixed on a wall surface 1 and a rear plate 3c of a curtain box 3 is fixed on the spacer 2. The spacer 2 can sufficiently secure a clearance between the curtain box 3 and the wall surface 1. From multiple kinds of spacers different in width dimension as prepared beforehand, a spacer of a proper width dimension is selected to allow adjusting of the clearance.
