When the absolute value of the voltage of a commercial power system (8) is higher than a voltage threshold value, a changeover switch (6) is so switched, according to the control by a commercial voltage monitoring unit (7), that the DC voltage supplied from a DC power source unit (5) and having the same polarity as the AC voltage generated by the commercial power system (8) is supplied to the commercial power system (8). When the absolute value of the AC voltage is lower than the voltage threshold value, the supply of the DC voltage from the DC power source unit (5) is stopped. A power generating apparatus (2) and the commercial power system (8) are mutually insulated by an insulating transformer (4). |
