PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure easy fastening when a rubber band to roll around a polyethylene sleeve is placed along an external surface of a tube in polyethylene sleeve processing. SOLUTION: A string 5 having one of ends 5a formed as a loop and having a rubber-like elasticity is equipped, at the other end 5b, with a buckle 6 which can be engaged with the loop 5a.
