PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid of heating and cooking container which can be manufactured easily and in less-expensive manner, having a high reliability. SOLUTION: This lid comprises of a sheet-like lid main body 2 sealed at an opening edge of a container main body in such a way that it can be peeled off and further having a hot water discharging port formed therein, and a tack label 3 adhered to the surface of the lid main body 2 in such a way that it can be peeled off so that the hot water discharging port forming region of the lid main body 2 is covered by it. The lid main body 2 has a substantially U-shaped cut line 10 cut and formed along a part of a peripheral edge of a hot water discharging port forming planned region, and a second cut line 11 spaced apart and oppositely faced against both extremity ends of both sides of the first cut line 10 along a part of a peripheral edge of a hot water discharging port forming planned region. The tack label 3 has a knob 3a formed at an end part opposing against a tongue-like extremity end formed inside the first cut line 10, and an adhesive agent layer formed to cover the first cut line 10.
