PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bump device capable of easily giving the variation to the water-current and the water-current play facility having the same. SOLUTION: In this bump device 7 mounted on a bottom of a water path and acting as an obstruction to the water-current to give the variation to the water-current, an external wall body forming an internal space has an outlfow opening part 15, a pump 17, or piping provided with the pump at the external and guiding the water from the external is mounted in the internal space, and a discharging side of the pump or the piping is faced to the outflow opening part 15.
