PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved hole machining device and a curved hole machining method that both can efficiently form a smooth curved hole. SOLUTION: A coil spring 7 that supports an electrode 1 and assumes a curving shape of a given curvature by a curving member 8 mounted thereon is housed in a guide pipe 3. A feed of the coil spring 7 relative to the guide pipe 3 in the direction of a workpiece 6 forms a curved hole in the workpiece 6. The coil spring constituting an electrode feed member is an integral molding, which helps to form a smooth curved hole efficiently. A change in curvature of the curved hole formed in the workpiece 6 needs no preparation of a multitude of electrode feed members. A change in thickness of the curving member 8 mounted on the coil spring 7 suffices for an easy change in curvature of the curved hole formed in the workpiece 6.
