PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyethylene(PE) base resin composition for a medical vessel which has an excellent elution characteristic, is little in the problem of migration to contents and is excellent in deterioration resistance in molding and the medical vessel formed by molding the same. SOLUTION: The PE base resin composition for the medical vessel contains the following components (A) to (C) and has the following characteristics (D) to (F) and the medical vessel formed by molding the same is provided. The component (A): 100 pts.wt. copolymer of ethylene and a 3 to 12C α-olefin; the component (B): 0.003 to 0.15 pts.wt. vitamin E; the component (C): 0.003 to 0.15 pts.wt. phosphorus-base antioxidant, the characteristics of the above pts.wt. components (D): The melt flow rate MFR to be 0.05 to 20 g/10; the characteristic (E): the density to be 0.910 to 0.960 g/cm3 and the characteristic (F): the hexane soluble component to be <=3.0 wt.%. |
