PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening method capable of surely fitting plant vine to an object to be greened without requiring manpower. SOLUTION: This greening method comprises installing a net-like material for planting substrates along the surface of an object to be greened and carrying out greening thereon. In the greening method, a surface side net-like material 3 is installed at a position separated by a definite distance from the surface side of the object to be greened or a rear side net-like material 2 is installed at a position separated by a definite distance from the surface of the object to be greened and a plant which is to be planted is reared between the rear side net-like article and the surface side net-like article 3.
