PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester film produced by melt-blending a polyethylene terephthalate and a polytrimethylene terephthalate, and excellent in dyeability. SOLUTION: This easily dyeable biaxially oriented polyester film is characterized in that the film is obtained by melt-blending 55-98 wt.% polyethylene terephthalate with 2-45 wt.% polytrimethylene terephthalate.
