PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow travel as a tire behaving as an ordinary tire, which cannot be allowed by a conventional spike tire, on an ordinary road so as to prevent dust pollution due to scraped asphalt and dispense with laborious work such as attachment/detachment of a chain for traveling with a chain. SOLUTION: On an air layer side of the tire, wavy thickness is provided and cylinders 6 each having a freely retractable built-in spike 7 are buried, and the spikes can be protruded/retracted by a pressure.
