PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a keyword dictionary for internet retrieving to perform a role of a guide book for rapidly drawing an object content in the case of retrieval by internet. SOLUTION: By using the keyword dictionary for internet retrieving in a dictionary format like a Japanese language dictionary, an object word is picked up from the dictionary, a character is input as the word at the internet retrieving time to considerably rapidly open a page of the object content by a means for taking a reduced man-hour.
