PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food for frying in oil, having a color tone of pastry of the food to be easily seen during frying in oil and the end of frying to be simply discriminated. SOLUTION: An ingredient 2 is spread on one side of a pastry 1, wrapped in such a way that the pastry 1 and the ingredient 2 are mutually piled and a section has a spiral pattern to form a great number of voids 11 on the contact face of the pastry 1 and the ingredient. A material having unevenness at least on one side may used as the pastry and the ingredient is wrapped in the pasty to form voids. |
