PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pushing mechanism suitable for saving space for suppressing an extending amount of the mechanism in pushing and pulling directions to smaller degrees than a pushing and pulling amount. SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with a plate spring 12, a driving means 22 for pushing opposed pushing objects 3 every time the plate spring 12 is advanced and retreated in the longitudinal direction by being held between a pair of rollers 21 and the tip part 12a is advanced, a direction changing part 23 for changing the tail end part 12b side of the advanced and retreated plate spring 12 from the pushing direction to the bending advancing and retreating direction for the tip part 12a side and a guide means 24 for guiding the tip part 12a side and the tail end part 12b side which are bounded at the direction changing part 23 of the plate spring 12 in the advancing and retreating directions.
