PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wire a shield collectively while maintaining the formation of a low cost and excellent shield. SOLUTION: Shield flat cables 10 are provided to connect a plurality of on-vehicle electrical equipment 1 to a same electronic unit 2. The shield flat cables 10 are installed for each on-vehicle electrical equipment 1. Also, each shield flat cable 10 comprises covered conductors 11 for connecting the on- vehicle electrical equipment 1 to the electronic unit 2 to allow the equipment and the unit to communicate with each other. Then, shields 14 covering the outer periphery of the covered conductors 11 are connected collectively to the earth circuit 2c of the electronic unit 2.
