PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To neatly assemble a plastic sheet with folded ruled lines automatically without processing defects such as an insufficient or excessive fold. SOLUTION: Uneven parts or intermittent holes are provided along a lengthwise direction on a bottom of a recessed groove which forms a crease. Further, tensile strength in a direction orthogonal to the crease is specified in a range of 1 to 15 kgf/cm2 to form a sheet.
