PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase waterproofness and foreign matter detecting accuracy and to facilitate installation. SOLUTION: The waterproofness is improved when a foreign matter detection sensor 11 is installed on an inside face 13 side prevented from running rainwater in a side visor 12. In the foreign matter detection sensor 11 formed into a semicircular shape in a cross sectional view, a first electrode 22 is formed over the whole face of the chord part and shaped into a broad shape, so that a second electrode 23 is surely brought close to the broad first electrode 22 even if the abutting direction of a foreign matter is varied. Because an inclination angle of the first electrode 22 is defined by means of a mounting base 14, the inclination angle of the first electrode 22 suitable for foreign matter detection is set irrespective of an inclination angle of the side visor 12.
