摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the hulled ratio of an impeller vane type hulling device. SOLUTION: When unhulled rice is supplied from a transverse side to an unhulled rice feeding cylinder 4 rotating in a clockwise direction, the unhulled rice is released by one grain each from unhulled rice feeding holes 4a, 4a, etc., by centrifugal force and is supplied to the inner peripheral parts of impeller vanes 6b, 6b, etc., rotating in a counterclockwise direction. The unhulled rice, then, flows on the surfaces of the impeller vanes 6b, 6b, etc., from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side and are hulled by the impact in the curving parts of the outer peripheral parts. The unhulled rice feeding cylinder 4 and the impeller vanes 6b, 6b, etc., rotate in opposite directions to each other and therefore the unhulled rice is impulsively supplied to the impeller vanes 6b, 6b, etc., and the chaff segments are embrittled and damaged, by which the hulled ratio at the impeller vanes 6b, 6b, etc., is improved.
