PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking plate which can not only save the preservation space of the plate but also conserve heating energy and detergent by allowing use thereof both for thermal cooking and serving. SOLUTION: A cooking plate 1 is made of a metal material and one side thereof is arranged to be a serving plate 10 on which food material is placed with a protruded rim on the outer circumference thereof while the other side to be a heating cooking surface 20 having a cooking part 22 with protruded parts 23 and recessed parts 24 continuously formed thereon. A serving plate 9 is constituted of the cooking plate 1, the cooking surface 20 of the cooking plate 1 or a heat-insulating tray 8 having a fitting part 8a to be partly fitted.
