PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method capable of washing a large quantity of objects to be washed large in volume and achieved in the reduction of washing cost by the regeneration and reutilization of a washing waste liquid. SOLUTION: A washing apparatus using water and a hydrocarbon type solvent has a washing tank capable of housing the object to be washed to wash the same, a means for dispersing water and a hydrocarbon type solvent constituting a washing liquid in the washing tank and a means for separating and leaning the washing liquid after washing at every component to reuse the same. A washing method uses this washing apparatus.
