SOLUTION: The method and device controlled by a computer 12 using robots 13 and 22 includes a process of analyzing the defective segments of the shell or the on-deck erection, a process of applying a compound for fairing to the defective segments, a process of smoothing the defective segments so as to meet the same to the shell or the on-deck erection and a process of applying a final painting finish to the shell or the on-deck erection. |
