PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect an ink discharge port of a pressure damper to an ink feed port of an ink-jet recording head. SOLUTION: This printing head unit 10 includes the ink-jet recorded head 12 with the ink feed port 14, a carriage 11 for fixing the head, the pressure damper 12 for adsorbing a pressure change of ink supplied to the head, and a case body 20 for storing the pressure damper. A guide pin 21e is formed to an upper face of the pressure damper 21. The guide pin 21e projects out of the case body 20 through a long hole 20e formed to a top plate 20d of the case body 20. When a user presses an upper face of the guide pin 21e to connect the ink discharge port 22 of the pressure damper 21 to the ink feed port 14 of the ink-jet recording head 12, the ink discharge port 22 is pressed to the ink feed port 14, so that the ink feed port 14 can be surely fitted into the ink discharge port 22. |
