TUBULAR CONTAINER MADE OF LAMINATED SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular container which is fine at the external appearance and strong in strength at a joined part even though polyester is used to form an internal layer while a polyolefine is used to form an external layer. SOLUTION: The tubular container is such that is equipped with a trunk part 24 which is in a cylindrical shape formed of a laminated sheet 11 comprising an internal layer made up of a noncrystal polyester having 50 deg.C or more of glass transition temperature, a gas-barrier intermediate layer and an outermost layer made up of a polyolefine by cutting both of the side edges 11a and 11b of the sheet diagonally to form opposite sloped faces and by making the opposite faces butted against each other with one side edge 11a coming to the upside slightly shifted upward and by joining both of the side edges under heating and pressure with a reinforcing layer formed of the melted polyester 16 dropped along the joint at the interior side.
