PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that there is a limit in the efficiency and the uniformization of working quality to obtain a comb-like coating surface in a conventional method by a brush and the improvement of working environment forcing the unnatural half-sitting posture to workers is also impossible. SOLUTION: An instrument capable of providing the comb-like coating surface by carrying a viscous liquid and moving to feed on a floor is provided.
