PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that there is only an apparatus having holding force only in a conduit direction or an apparatus for increasing the magnetic force in the conduit in the joining part of a magnetic treatment apparatus as a conventional magnetic treatment apparatus and this apparatus is expensive because large in size and unsuited for a general home. SOLUTION: A magnetic treatment apparatus for a fluid is enhanced in magnetic force by surrounding three sides of a magnet by a holding material, especially, an iron material or ABS resin and, by bringing a conduit into direct contact with the polar surface of the magnet, the magnetic force in the conduit in the joining part of the magnetic treatment apparatus is uniformly enhanced and holding force is provided even in the longitudinal direction of the conduit by flashback action. Therefore, the apparatus itself can be reduced in size and weight as compared with a conventional magnetic treatment apparatus and can be manufactured inexpensively.
