PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact fluid cleaning laminated filter high in regeneration efficiency and filtering accuracy and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: A plurality of ring-shaped filter elements 1-1, 1-2, which have a large number of through-holes 6-1, 6-2 having a hole size large than the particle size of a suspended substance formed therein so that the hole axes of the through-holes are turned in the thickness direction of the filter elements and have notches 5-1, 5-2 formed tot he inner and outer peripheral end parts thereof, are laminated and an inflow part of a liquid to be treated is provided on the side of one of the inner and outer peripheral lamination surfaces of the filter elements and an outflow port of the liquid to be treated is provided on the side of the other one of them. The filter element 1-1 has the through-holes with a hole size dA formed therein at regularly arranged lattice points and the filter relement 1-2 has the through-holes with a hole size dB formed therein at regularly arranged lattice points and the filter element 1-1, 1-2 are alternately laminated in adjacent relationship and the hole size dB of the through-holes of the filter element 1-2 is larger than the diameter of the inscribed circuit inscribed to a plurality of the adjacent through-holes constituting the lattice ring in the through-holes of the filter element 1-1.
