PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ETFE having excellent flexibility, durability, light transmissibility, strength and non-adhesivity, to provide a film, and to provide a use thereof. SOLUTION: This crystalline ETFE which has a TFE-based polymerization unit/ethylene-based polymerization unit molar ratio of 30/70 to 70/30, contains 1 to 10 mol.% of polymerization units based on a vinylether having a specific structure, and has a volume flow rate of 1 to 1, 000 mm3/sec.
