PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack usable even at a low gap section by forming the whole height low. SOLUTION: A push-up plate is rotatably journalled on a substrate. A drive source having a rod is provided on the substrate. A push lever pushing-up the push-up plate is pivotally supported on the tip of the rod. A front tilt application section inclining the push lever forward is provided in the advancing direction of the push lever, and the push lever is inclined forward when it is advanced. The push-up plate is pushed up by the rear wheel of the push lever when the rod is extended.
