PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a recycling cost of a turning-over roller and to improve an interlayer sheet capturing performance of a turning-over member when the member of the roller is worn or deteriorated. SOLUTION: A turning-over member (tm) having a large frictional coefficient is provided in a groove g formed on an outer periphery of a boss (bm) so as to be radially protruded from the outer peripheral surface of the boss to constitute a turning-over roller. A hole (h3) radially penetrating through the roller is formed at an intermediate position of a circumferential direction of the roller of the member (tm), a sheet metal (p) is welded to a bottom of the member. A screw (s) penetrated through the hole (h3) and the sheet metal (p) is engaged with a threaded hole (h2) provided at the bottom of the groove (g) of the boss (bm), and detachably fixed to the boss (bm).
