PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet capable of being installed in close contact with a wall surface so that no clearance forms between the side face of the cabinet and the wall surface, whether or not there is a baseboard on the wall surface, and enabling a drawer in the cabinet to be smoothly drawn out without the ends of the drawer rubbing against and damaging the baseboard. SOLUTION: A recessed stepped part shaped to match the dimensions (corresponding to thikness and height) of the baseboard is formed by recessing and shifting the lower part of the side face of the cabinet, the riser front plate of the front plate of the drawer, and a drawer storage part by an amount equal to the thickness and height of the baseboard.
