PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilization of lipase and a lipase composition that can keep excellent stability even in a reagent composition. SOLUTION: This method for stabilization of lipase and the lipase composition are characterized in that the lipase is compounded with one or more kinds of surfactant selected from a group consisting of N-methylglucamide surfactants, glycoside surfactants, Emulgen 430, Brij98, Brij700 and CHAPS.
