PURPOSE: A method for operating a shopping mall using a short message is provided to enable a purchaser to purchase a product without anxiety by enabling the purchaser to receive purchasing information by a cellular phone, a PDA and an electronic mail in real time. CONSTITUTION: In case that a purchaser makes requests for ordering a product using a cellular phone(100), the order of the purchaser is stored in a server(107) via a gate way of a relevant mobile communication businessman through a base station(101). Simultaneously, a mail for payment and delivery are sent in order through the Internet. An operator designates and sends a mail or a message in order according to a delivery process.
