<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively manufacture, at a low cost, a device allowing the extraction of webbing after an emergency lock means is operated and a device almost not allowing the extraction thereof. SOLUTION: A control plate 80 is assembled in the device to allow the extraction of webbing after an emergency lock mechanism 40 is operated so as to form the device almost not allowing the extraction of webbing after the emergency lock mechanism 40 is operated. Namely, after the emergency lock mechanism 40 is operated, the control plate 80 guides the arm part 74 of a lever 71 by each arm part 81 when a bobbin 20 is started to rotate in the counterclockwise direction as shown in the figure by a load in the extraction direction of the webbing so as to rotate the lever 71 in the arrow direction as shown in the figure. Thus, after the emergency lock mechanism 40 is operated, the rotation of the bobbin 20 is stopped by a second pole 72 at the stage where the bobbin 20 is rotated slightly relative to a locking base 30.</p> |
