PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat sensitive delayed tack type tacky agent composition, being non-tacky at a normal temperature, capable of being used without using a releasing paper or performing a releasing treatment at the reverse surface of a base material, and excellent in blocking resistance at the normal temperature and tacking characteristic on heating. SOLUTION: This heat sensitive tackyl agent is an aqueous emulsion containing (A) a polyurethane resin having 30-300 mg KOH/g acid value and 2,000-30,000 weight-average molecular weight, and (B) a polymer having <=-20 deg.C Tg (glass transition point), in which the weight ratio of each of the above components (A)/(B) is (10/90)-(50/50).
