PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a less-expensive packing structure for precision equipment in which a shock dampening effect is realized even in the case of a relatively low shock and a disposal process after use is also easy its use. SOLUTION: Side surfaces 3 are vertically raised with a flat surface 2 being held between them under application of both ends S of plate members 1 used in a box for packing a precision equipment M. Bent-back pieces 4 bent back from the flat surface and the side surfaces toward a precision equipment storing side are arranged by every two pieces with a space (c) being spaced apart in two rows A, B in such a way that the precision equipment is held between them, and edge surfaces T which are extensions of the surfaces are provided, so that a space is formed between the box and the chock dampening material, shock is hardly transmitted to the precision equipment and then the shock dampening effect is realized not only against a strong shock but also against a slight shock. As to a shock such as dropping, the bent-back pieces may not receive it with the flat surface, but may act against the arranged space and the shock dampening effect is realized against slight shock.
