PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal without deteriorating rigidity of a tool. SOLUTION: The shaft part 15 of a head part 12 is engaged with a hole part 20 in a shank part 13 by shrinkage fit. In the head part 12, a ventilation hole 17 is coaxially provided with a center axis 01 of it to penertate it to be communicated with the external from a tip. For removing the head part 12 and the shank part 13 in an engagement condition, a member having the hole part 20 is heated, so the diameter of the hole part 20 is enlarged by thermal expansion, while simultaneously cold air is introduced to the shaft part 15 through the ventilation hole 17, for heat exchanging, thereby thermal expansion of the shaft part 15 is restricted.
