PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide peripheral device for game machine in which a transparent touch panel is used and problems such as the deterioration of operability and complicatedness can be solved and the cost necessary for exchange accompanying a mischief or a damage can be overcome. SOLUTION: The peripheral device 3 for game machine provided in the vicinity of a game machine 2 and installed separately from the game machine 2 comprises a display screen visible by a player, a plurality of input parts 101a to d provided so as to correspond respectively to each of input menus displayed on the outer peripheral display area of the display screen to be operated by a user and a control part 58. The control part 58 displays menus corresponding to the input parts 101a to d at positions facing the input parts of the outer peripheral display area of the display screen, performs the display control of the input menus and the display control of the contents of the display shown on the display screen in accordance with the operation of at least the input parts 101a to d and performs processes corresponding to the input menus display on the display screen or outputs processing instructions so as to meet the input parts 101a selected by the player.
