PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant device having improved operability by allowing slight pull-out of a hose, and offering a smaller size by reducing the size of a hose. SOLUTION: A joint is fixed by holding the hose between a band forcibly expanded at the inside of the hose and an outer cylinder for receiving the band and the inner diameter of the band is almost completely connected to the inner diameter of the hose. Therefore, the joint of the hose is free from bottle neck formation, the size of the hose is reduced, the operability of the hose is improved during extinguishing work and a smaller space is required during storing the hose.
