PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an adiabatic effect by a simple improvement structure when aluminum foil lies as adiabatic structure in the inside of a lid for an electric pot. SOLUTION: The lid for the electric pot, in which a lid power member 1 and a lid upper member 2 are joined up and down, and the aluminum foil 23 lies between both the upper and lower members 1 and 2, is provided with a space 37 between the aluminum foil 23 and the lid upper member 2 to increase the adiabatic effect by an adiabatic action of the space 37.
