PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the welding scale of mirror-finished stainless steel by electrolytic grinding without any difference in luminance from the base material. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution containing the neutral salt of acetic acid is used, and DC electrolysis is carried out to remove the scale.
