SOLUTION: The widths of the tip parts 1a and 11a of the cutting edges 1 and 11 rotating oppositely to each other are decided so that the gap formed between the opposed cutting edges 1 and 11 is made suitable for shearing the subject W to be crushed. The widths of the basal parts 1c and 11c of the edges 1 and 11 are decided so that the gap widths 2 and 12 are formed between the edges 1 and 11. As a result, the subject W crushed by the edge 1 and 11 can be discharged from the crusher without being clogged between the edges 1 and 11.
