PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the content of water in a waste conveyed to a molding machine so as to be a prescribed value or less to precisely carry out a solidification treatment and to prevent the waste form rotting in an apparatus for the solidification treatment of the waste by subjecting the pulverized waste to a drying treatment, and solidifying and molding the dried waste by the molding machine. SOLUTION: A first conveyor 9 for conveying the waste subjected to a dehydration treatment, and a second conveyor 10 capable of being rotated normally and reversely are arranged between a drying device 3 and the molding machine 4 in series. A moisture meter 12 for detecting water content in the waste is installed in the upper part of the first conveyor 9, and when the detected value of the moisture meter 12 is equal to or larger than the prescribed value, the second conveyor is reversely rotated to convey the waste to the pulverizer 2 or the drying device 3.
