PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and cost required to study transport piping from its designing stage as the transport piping itself is required to work under a conventionally proposed transport piping clogging detection method. SOLUTION: Granlated waste plastic is force fed by air from a blowing tank 4, and it is blown in a furnace of a blast furnace 1 with dust coal from a tuyere 2 though transport piping 3. An acoustic sensor 8 and a frequency characteristic measuring device 5 are connected to each other by a cable. In this way, coalitional sound of particulates in the inside of the piping is collected. Frequency analysis of the collisional sound is carried out by the frequency characteristic measuring device 5, and when frequency spectrum is lower than previously decided specified quantity, the piping is judged to be clogged.
