Cosmetic composition for the nails and hair

There is provided a cosmetic composition having at least two film formers and a plasticizer in a water-in-solvent emulsion. The film formers are (1) alkyl cycloalkylacrylate copolymers having C14 to C36 alkyl repeating units, and (2) esters containing acids derived from rosin. The plasticizer is preferably a block copolymer. The composition is transfer and wear resistant and maintains a high shine.
