The equipment for concrete reinforcement assembly consists of the metallic base (1) onto which all auxiliary constructions, parts and mechanisms seat.The fixed poles-guides (2) assist the up and down movement of the assembly carriers (3 and 7) here the telescopic bar (4) are distributed for attachement depending on the size of the assembled armature the hook system (5) and the welding or wire strapping heads (6).The carrier (7) moves in conjuction with the assembly table (10) which has adjustable height and width for attachment to the size of the armature assembled. At its upper part, the table bears separation openings (13) according to the openings of the telescopic bars (4).To the opposite side of the poles (2) the mobile poles-guides (18) to which the carrier (21) is attached and has the same features with the carriers (3 and 7).At the lower part, the system is rigidly attached with the assembly mechanisms (24), the system having the same functionality features as the carriers (3,7 and 21). |
