The invention relates to a sterile inadherent compress containing an elastic tissue with open cells. The said tissue contains fibers covered with binding gel, but inadherent in order to let the cell substantially open. The gel is formed of a highly plastic hydrophobic elastomeric matrix, comprising a dispersion of hydrocolloidal particles. The invention may be used for dressing. Claims: 10
