The present invention relates to the compound (+)-6-[amino-(6-chloro-pyridin-3-yl)-(3-methyl-3H-imidazol-4-yl)-methyl]-4-(3-chloro-phenyl)-1-cyclopropylmethyl-1H-quinolin-2-one, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, prodrugs thereof, and to the use of said compound for inhibiting abnormal cell growth, including cancer, in mammals.
