PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fermented additive to be added to a formula feed, capable of promoting growth of fishes and useful for maintaining health of fishes in spite of using the formula feed having a high content of vegetable protein. SOLUTION: The feed additive is a fermented substance obtained by formulating a protein with one or more kinds selected from a carbohydrate, an amino acid, vitamins and minerals to give a protein-containing substance as a medium and fermenting effective microorganisms in the medium. |
