PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate a light leaking from a headlight to a desired direction. SOLUTION: This device has a prism lens 10 as a light guide body guiding by refracting at least one part of a light of LED8 as a light emitting body in a headlight 5 to one direction of the outside of the headlight 5, rotatably retains the light guide body 10 for the headlight 5, changes an irradiating direction of the light guided by the light guide body 10 by rotating the light guide body 10. The safety in the desired direction can thereby be improved by rotating the light guide body and directing the irradiating direction toward the desired direction. |
