PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsicum-containing noodle to which capsicum excellent in nutrition and having various pharmacological actions can be added at a high content, easy to regulate hot taste and red color tone to be desired ones, capable of maintaining the quality wherein hot taste and red color tone are constantly presented, particularly in its continuous production, and also excellent in manufacturing suitability such as that for noodle-making, and having excellent taste. SOLUTION: This capsicum-containing noodle is characterized by containing (A) capsicum powder with extremely hot taste and pale red color and (B) capsicum powder with substantially no hot taste and deep red color. |
